REFERENCE STANDARDS:
The UNI 11146 (General) Standard refers to the structural design in the case of a new workshop or factory.
The DIN 1100 Standard on the characteristics of the surface layer.

SOLITEC DESIGN RULES:
A new logistic facility requires a structural design that includes both the substrate, the concrete plate, the relevant surface layer, construction joints as well as the connecting joints for the fixed passage ways.

DURSIL 3L flooring provides a comprehensive study of the whole design specific to a logistics warehouse.
The reasons it is unique in the marketplace are:

1. Surface layer with a thickness of 10-15mm and it complies with the flatness expected along transit lanes.
2. Whole concrete plate with ample measurements without contraction joints.
3. Construction joint outside the works, between the plates with metal elements and resin mortar.
4. Construction joint outside the works, between the doors with metal elements and resin mortar.
5. Specific reinforcement at specific points.
