Car parks are usually made of floor slabs and require flooring capable of absorbing structural movement.
The flooring solutions we provide have been studied specifically to have these features .

	DURSIL Tiles	Technical datasheet
	Industrial tiled flooring 25 x 25 x 2.7cm or 30 x 30 x 3.0 cm in size with a surface layer of 1 cm, in spherical quartz and hard minerals with a rough surface or pre-polished. The tile is also supplied with fishtail shaping for the access ramps. The processing is done by laying the tile with mortar with an overall thickness of 5-6cm with a weight per m² of Approx. 83-85 kg .

	DURSIL 10-15	Technical datasheet
	Concrete flooring with a sliding layer that rests on a prefabricated structure. The thickness will vary between 10 and 15 cm in respect of the weight per m² per 250 to 305kg approx. Standard UNI 11146 - CAP 4.2

	DURSIL Light	Technical datasheet
	Lighter concrete flooring with a sliding layer that rests on a prefabricated structure. The thickness will vary between 10 and 15 cm in respect of the weight per m² per 200 to 300kg approx. Standard UNI 11146 - CAP 4.2

	COVERSIP	Technical datasheet
	A special consolidated, coloured and polish concrete that does not require the use of surface layer. It is produced at the same time as the casting of prefabricated structures. Standard UNI 11146 - UNI 10966 - UNI 8298-1

REFERENCE STANDARDS:
The UNI 11146 (General) Standard refers to the structural design in the case of a new construction.

SOLITEC DESIGN RULES:
This flooring has been specifically designed for areas subject to structural movement. The DURSIL tile provides an optimal solution, even as floor coverings if practical such as car parks.. DURSIL 10-15 and Light flooring have been designed to improve development costs in respect of using tiles. The features of Coversip Treatment makes it an excellent solution for consolidating contained costs with the surface layer, but it is a solution that is tied to an integrated cast structure. The DURSIL S floor is laid on a mixed substrate on the ground floor.
