INDUSTRIAL SECTOR - Industrial construction flooring

The construction of floors for industrial buildings which are subject to particularly heavy stresses require surface layers that are not only thick but also very hard and tough that no other continuous material can provide.
The surface layer varies in the thickness between 7 and 50mm.
The construction of floors for industrial buildings which are subject to average stresses require a surface layer which is less thick while using hard aggregates.
The surface layer varies in the thickness between 2 and 4mm.

Performance flooring reference:

DURSIL M    DURSIL M Technical datasheet

Concrete flooring for high stress areas.
The process takes place by applying a fresh surface layer of up to 2 cm on the required concrete plate.
Standard UNI 11146 - Chapter 4.1 - NTC 1/2008

DURSIL 1-5    DURSIL 1-5 Technical datasheet

Concrete flooring for high stress areas.
The process takes place by applying an appropriate primer to the surface layer of between 10 and 50mm.
This floor is welded to the existing concrete plate.
Standard UNI 11146

DURSIL 5-10    DURSIL 5-10 Technical datasheet

Concrete flooring for high stress areas.
The process takes place by applying a fresh surface layer of up to 2cm on a special concrete compensator of between 4 and 8cm to anchor it to the existing concrete plate.
Standard UNI 11146 - Chapter 4.4

DURSIL tiles    DURSIL Tiles Technical datasheet

Pre-fabricated flooring for high stress areas.
Industrial tiled flooring 25 x 25 x 2.7 or 30 x 30 x 3.0 cm in size with a surface layer of 1 cm, in spherical quartz and hard minerals with a rough surface or pre-polished.
The processing is done by laying the tile with mortar with an overall thickness of 5-6cm on the existing screed.

DURSIL S    DURSIL S Technical datasheet

Concrete flooring for medium stress areas.
The process takes place by applying a fresh surface layer of up to 4 mm on the required concrete plate.
Standard UNI 11146 - Chapter 4.1 - NTC 1/2008

REFERENCE STANDARDS:
The UNI 11146 (General) Standard refers to the structural design in the event of a new construction
The DIN 1100 Standard on the characteristics of the surface layer.

SOLITEC DESIGN RULES:
These floors are well suited to the design in the construction of industrial buildings subject to heavy traffic with stress arising mainly from impacts, percussion with movable friction and abrasion caused by heavy vehicles, rolling and sliding materials.

NOTES ON OUR FLOORING:
DURSIL M with its thick surface layer used with high resistant and strong aggregates, is the most resistant of existing monolithic concrete floors in the sector. It is best suited for use in steel works, metal works, shipyards, paper mills, factories of metal components, rolling stock, workshops, etc.
DURSIL 5-10 flooring can be used for creating monolithic flooring on pre-existing old load bearing concrete screeds. It can be used as a replacement for old floors or used on building sites where the use of a single plate is not possible.
DURSIL Tiles has the same wear characteristics of DURSIL M but allows for ease of maintenance and is more adaptable to changes in use. (For example: moving of machinery, inaccessible areas, areas with ducting etc..) DURSIL S flooring, while using excellent quality hard aggregates, has a normal aggregate grading and thickness of surface layer. Suitable for use in warehouses with vehicles using rubber wheels, pavilions of trade fairs, bottling plants, factories, glassware, carpentry, etc.
